Syncing GSTR-1, GSTR-2A/2B, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C and Cash/Credit Ledger data in ExpressGST software ensures your records are accurate and up-to-date.
Follow these steps to complete the data synchronization process:

Steps for Data Sync Using ExpressGST Software
Step 1: Select the Client
Navigate to the Client Master section and choose the client for whom you wish to sync data.
Step 2: Initiate Sync
Locate Sync Option: Find the Sync button on the top right side of the page.
Click Sync: Start the synchronization process by clicking the button.
Step 3: Verification
Enter Captcha: Complete the captcha to verify you are not a robot.
Proceed: After entering the captcha, click Proceed to continue.
Step 4: Wait for Synchronization
Synchronization Process: The system will retrieve data from the GST portal.
Completion: Wait for the sync to complete; it will automatically stop once all data is successfully synced.
🚨 Do not log in to the GSTN portal during synchronization.

For GSTR-2A-2B Sync
Ensure the sync process runs before and after data retrieval to capture all updates.
Allow the system to process completely before verifying the results.
📌 Note : The same Sync option will also synchronize GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C data automatically.

Sync Restart Process if Sync Fails (Due to Technical Issues)
If the sync fails due to a technical issue or if the GSTN portal was open from another source, you may see a failure message or warning on the screen.
Enter Captcha: Complete the captcha verification.
Click Submit: This will restart the sync process automatically.

How to Enable the Sync Option if Disabled
If the Sync Option is disabled, follow these steps to re-enable it:
Access Ledger Report: Scroll down in the Ledger Report section and locate the Sync Option.
Re-initiate Sync: Enter the captcha, click Proceed, and then refresh the page.
Resume Sync: The sync feature should now be reactivated.
