Express Connector – Installation & Troubleshooting Guide
When you encounter a message indicating an issue with the Express Connector, it typically means that the connector is either not installed, outdated, or not functioning correctly on your system.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue and ensure smooth operation of the application.
Step 1: Download the Express Connector
Download the latest version of the Express Connector from the link provided within the application interface.
Step 2: Install the Connector
- After the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder.
- Double-click the installer file to launch the setup.
- Once the installation is complete, a confirmation message will appear stating:
“The installation has completed successfully! Express Connector is ready to use.”

- Click OK to close the installer.
Step 3: Verify Connector Status in Task Manager
- Open Task Manager on your system.
- Navigate to the Processes tab.
- Ensure that ExpressConnector2.exe is running.
- If it is not visible, restart your system and check again.
Step 4: Enable Local Area Access in Google Chrome
If you are accessing the application through Google Chrome, ensure that Local Network Access permissions are enabled.
Option A: Using the Site Information Menu (Recommended)
- Click the “View Site Information” icon located next to the address bar.
- Enable the toggle for “Local Network Access”.

- Reload the page or restart Chrome to apply the changes.
Option B: Using Chrome Settings
- Open Google Chrome.
- Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings.
- Locate and enable the option for Local Network Access (name may vary based on Chrome version).
- Restart Chrome to apply the changes.
By installing the latest version of the Express Connector, ensuring it is running, and enabling local access in Chrome, the application will function without interruption.
