ExpressGST || Process to Download GSTR-1 Books Data and Portal Data

This document outlines the procedure for downloading GSTR-1 Books Data and Portal Data from Spectrum CLOUD-GST based on the return filing status.

1. Select the Client
  1. Navigate to Client Master.
  2. Select the required Client for whom the GSTR-1 data needs to be downloaded.
2. Select the Relevant Month
  1. Navigate to the Return Summary section.
  2. Select the relevant month for which the data is required.
3. Verify the Return Status
  1. Check the Return Status displayed for the selected client and month.
  2. The return status may be Filed, Due, or Overdue.
  3. The available data download options will vary depending on the return status.
4. Download Books Data
For returns with a status of Due or Overdue, Books Data can be downloaded in the following formats:
  1. PDF
  2. JSON
  3. Excel
4.1 Download Books Data in PDF Format
  1. Click Launchpad.
  2. Select Export.
  3. Click PDF.
  4. The Books Data will be downloaded in PDF format.

4.2 Download Books Data in JSON Format
  1. Click Launchpad.
  2. Select Export.
  3. Click JSON.
  4. The Books Data will be downloaded in JSON format.

4.3 Download Books Data in Excel Format
  1. Click Launchpad.
  2. Select Export.
  3. Select Excel.
  4. The Books Data will be downloaded in Excel format.

5. Download Portal Data
For returns with a status of Filed, the available download options can be used to download Portal Data.

Notes
Note: The JSON download option is not available for Portal Data.


Important Notes
  1. Filed: The available options can be used to download Portal Data, except for the JSON option.
  2. Due/Overdue: The available options can be used to download Books Data.
  3. The type of data available for download is determined by the return filing status of the selected client and month.
