- Click Sync to begin the synchronization process.
Before initiating the sync process, ensure the following:
- Stable Internet Connection — Required to avoid interruptions during data synchronization.
- Active Login Credentials — Verify that Income Tax e-Filing / AIS (Insight) / PAN Verification credentials are valid and up to date.
- Latest Express Connector Installed — Confirm that the most recent version of the Express Connector is installed and running.
- Avoid Manual ITD Portal Login — Do not log in to the Income Tax Portal manually during the sync process, as it may interrupt or terminate the synchronization.
