Initiating Client Master Migration
Step 1: Open the Company Master Screen
  1. Launch the application.
  2. Navigate to the Company Master section.
  3. Click on the Add (+) icon to proceed.
      
Step 2: Select the ClearTax Migration Option
  1. Click on Migrate from ClearTax.
  2. Enter your ClearTax login credentials.



  3. Click the Proceed button to begin the data migration process.

Verifying Migrated Client Data
  1. After the migration is completed, return to the Company Master screen.
  2. The migrated companies will now appear in the list and will be accessible within the application.

2FA Authentication Errors
If you encounter an error related to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) during the migration process, follow the steps below:

      

Step 1: Log In to the ClearTax Portal
  1. Visit the ClearTax website and log in using your credentials.
  2. Click on your Profile Icon located at the top-right corner.
      

Step 2: Access Security Settings
  1. Select Account and Security from the menu options.



  2. In the Security tab, locate the 2FA Status option.
      

Step 3: Disable Two-Factor Authentication
  1. Disable the 2FA toggle.



  2. Enter your ClearTax password when prompted for confirmation.



  3. Click Save to apply the changes.
