Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Enhanced Security


To ensure the highest level of security for your account, we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) across all our applications, including ExpressGST, ExpressITR, ExpressTDS, and ExpressReco.
With 2FA enabled, a single One-Time Password (OTP) generated through the Google Authenticator app will be used for authentication across all these applications, ensuring seamless yet secure access.

Why Enable 2FA?
2FA provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a One-Time Password (OTP) generated via the Google Authenticator app. This extra security measure helps prevent unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.

Steps to Enable 2FA:
  1. Access Security Settings: Navigate to your Profile and select the Security option.



  2. Initiate Setup: Click on "Set Up Now" to begin the activation process.



  3. Install Google Authenticator : Download the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
  4. Scan the QR Code: Use the authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed on your screen.



  5. Enter the OTP: Retrieve the generated OTP from the app and enter it to complete the setup.

How 2FA Works During Login:
Once enabled, every login attempt will require an OTP from Google Authenticator. Simply open the app, retrieve the latest code, and enter it to access your account. 

      

Without the correct OTP, login will be denied.
