This guide provides step-by-step instructions on adding a Client Master to the system using two methods:
  1. Using ITD Credentials – Authenticate and add clients with ITD login details.
  2. Via Excel Upload – Bulk upload client details using an Excel template.

1. Creating a Client Master Using ITD Credentials

Step 1: Access the Client Addition Module
  1. Log in to the software (https://www.expressreco.com/app/login) and navigate to Add New Client.
      

Step 2: Enter ITD Login Credentials
  1. Enter the PAN as the Username.
  2. Provide the Income Tax Password.
  3. Click Proceed.
      

✅ The client account will be created automatically.



2. Creating a Client Master via Excel Upload

Step 1: Download the Excel Template
  1. Click Browse Excel and download the predefined template.
      
      

Step 2: Populate Client Information
Open the template and enter the required details:
  1. Client Name
  2. Client Username (PAN)
  3. Password
      

Step 3: Upload the Completed File
  1. Click Browse, select the completed Excel file, and upload it.
  2. Click Import to proceed.
      

Step 4: Confirm the Import
  1. Click Close to finalize the process.
      

Notes⚠️ Note: If a client has already been created in the system, attempting to add them again via ITD credentials or Excel upload will not generate duplicate entries.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage client creation within ExpressReco.
