Client Master Creation Guide:
This guide outlines three methods to create a Client Master in the system:
Using ITD Credentials → Use ITD login details to create the client.
Via Excel Upload → Upload an Excel file with the required client information.
Using JSON File Import → Upload a JSON file containing the client data.
If you are unsure where a JSON file is located on your system, you can utilize the Auto Scan feature. This will automatically detect and import any available JSON files into the software.
Creating a Client Master Using ITD Credentials
Step 1: Log into the software and select the Add New Client option.
Step 2: Follow these steps to create a Client Master:
- Enter the ITD login credentials. The PAN should be used as the Username.
- Enter the Income Tax Password.
- Click on the Proceed button.
The client account will be automatically created.
Creating a Client Master via Excel Upload
Step 1: Click the Browse Excel option and download the provided Excel template.
Step 2: Open the template and fill in the following client details: Client Name, Client Username (PAN) and Password.
Step 3: Browse and select the completed Excel file, then upload it into the software. Click the Import button to proceed.
Step 4: Click Okay to confirm the import.
Once the file is imported, the system will automatically initiate the client creation process.
Creating a Client Master Using JSON File Import
Step 1: Click the Browse Folder option.
Step 2: Navigate to the location of your JSON file(s) and click the Import button.
Step 3: Click Okay to confirm the import.
Step 4: After importing the JSON file, you will need to enter the password for each client individually. Once done, click the Create Client button.
The system will now create the clients based on the imported data.

Note: If clients have already been created in the software, any attempt to recreate them using ITD credentials, an Excel sheet, or a JSON file will not result in duplicate entries.
