How to Download GSTR-2A/2B Data in Excel in ExpressGST

To download GSTR-2A/2B data in Excel format, follow these steps for an accurate and complete data download.

Step 1: Access the Reconciliation Section
  1. Go to the Reconciliation section on the ExpressGST dashboard.
  2. Select Books vs 2A/2B Annual from the reconciliation bar to access download options.
      

Step 2: Switch to Invoice-Wise Reconciliation
  1. Click on Download 2A/2B Reco Data.
      
  1. Choose the desired period and month.
      
  1. To download data for the entire financial year, select the financial year and choose either Supplier & Invoice-wise 2A or 2B.

This approach ensures quick access to GSTR-2A/2B data with detailed, invoice- or supplier-wise organization.
