Steps to Prepare and Generate a Schedule in the Software:

Step 1:

1. Prepare a Trial Balance in the Software:

• Go to Transaction >> Balance Sheet >> Trial Balance section in the software.
• Manually enter the debit and credit balances for all accounts as per your records.
• Ensure all accounts are balanced (i.e., total debits equal total credits).
• Save and validate the trial balance for accuracy.

1. Check the mark on this option to Select all Schedules.
   
2. Lock the schedules.
3. Click on the Print option to Print the Schedules.
