XML Tally Data Import - Tally Prime

To import Trial Balance using XML Tally through Tally Prime, you are requested to please export the Trial Balance and List of account from Tally Prime application and then import the same in Zen IT Software.

To Export Trial Balance using Tally Prime Software, please follow the steps below-
  1. Open Tally Prime software.
  2. Select Company
  3. Select Particular Period.
  4. On the Gateway of Tally - Click on Display More Reports
            
  1. Here, Click on - Trial Balance.
            
  1. Then, Click on F5 Button - For Ledger-Wise Report.
            
  1. Now Click on E - Export Button.
            
  1. And then Click on Current OR Ctrl+E.
            
  1. Select File format is XML (Data Interchange) and Send.
            

This will export the  Trial Balance data from Tally Prime and save on Folder path on Upper Screen.

Similarly, For List of Accounts
  1. Open Tally Prime software.
  2. Select Company
  3. Select Particular Period.
  4. On the Gateway of Tally - Click on Chart of Accounts
            
  1. Here, Click on - Ledgers.
            
  1. Then, Click on E - Export Button.
            
  1. Now, Click on Current OR Ctrl+E.
  2. Select File format is XML (Data Interchange) and Send.
This will export the  List of Accounts   data from Tally Prime.

Now to Import the Data in Income Tax Module
  1. Go to Transaction > Balance Sheet > Trial Balance.
            

NOTE :  In case of Company, the path to import the data from Tally is 
Path >>  Transaction >> Balance Sheet >> Import Tally/Busy

  1. Here, Click on Import Trial Balance.
            
  1. Under Import Selection - Click on XML Tally.
            
  1. Please select List of Account and Trial Balance XML file.
            
  1. Now, Click on Next Button.
            
  1. Again Click on Next Button.
            
  1. If Data Shown in Group Name (Not matched with Existing Data), then click on Particular entry and Pushed in Group Name exist with Arrow Button.
            
  1. Once done, Click on Finish Button.
  2. Data Imported Successfully in Trial Balance.
