🔹 Step 1: Backup the Database
  1. Copy the "Data" folder from the MySQL directory (C:\mysql) and store it in a secure location [Data Backup Process].

🔹 Step 2: Repair the Database
  1. Navigate to Tools → Repair Database → Fix Null Value Error.
      
  1. If a specific database table error appears, repair the affected file using Data Viewer [Process to Repair a Specific Database Table].
  2. Simultaneously, perform a full database repair using Data Viewer [Database Repair Process].

🔹 Step 3: Reset the Database Version
  1. Open the software and go to Tools → Reset Database Version.
