If there is any sort of malfunctioning in executing the software and due to any reason if the software gets automatically closed /shutdown, the user would encounter the below errors.
Solution:
Please follow the below troubleshoot (on server system of software):
Make a Copy of the data: To do so, Go to C:\mysql >> Copy “Data” folder and Paste it to any safe location.
Once the back up is done, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Open the Software location where the software is installed.
(Right click on the software icon >> Properties >> Target Path)
Default Location: C:\Program Files (x86) \K.D.K. Software\KDK Support OR C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support
Step 2 :
Open Data Viewer >>
Step 3 : Click on Connect Button.
Step 4 : Explore Particular database, If you are using
Spectrum software then explore spectrum OR if you are using Taxsuit software then explore taxsuit.
- For this Just Click on + Sign.
Step 5: For example if this issue occur related to the file as it_80ic_ded_dtl as shown
In database find the particular file after scroll down the slider in
Data Viewer.
Once you click on the file, same error occur.
Just enter and click on
F12 Button.
Message Appears -
Repaired Successfully.
Step 6 : Close the Data Viewer and then run the software.
