Steps to View Sales Figures in ExpressGST (Month-wise, POS-wise, Rate-wise and Party-wise) in DIY Login

Follow the steps below to access and analyze sales figures in ExpressGST:

Step 1: Access GSTR-9 Status
  1. Log in to ExpressGST: Open the ExpressGST platform and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to the Return Summary: On the dashboard, locate the Return Summary section.
  3. Click on GSTR-9 Status: Select the GSTR-9 Status option to check the current status of your annual return.
      

Step 2: Go to the Sales Section
  1. Navigate to the Sales Section.
      
  1. Click on the option labeled "Supplies made to Registered Person (B2B)" from the menu.
      

Step 3: View Detailed Sales Data
  1. Click the 'Eye' Icon: Locate and click on the Eye icon to access detailed sales information.
      
  1. Available Views: 
    1. Month-wise Details: View sales records for each month, including: Taxable Value, IGST, CGST, SGST, and Cess amounts for the financial year.
                        
    1. POS-wise Details: Analyze sales by Place of Supply (POS), showing records, taxable values, and tax breakdowns for IGST, CGST, SGST, and Cess.
                        
    1. Rate-wise Details: Review sales categorized by GST rates, displaying records, taxable values, and tax components for each rate.
                        
    1. Party-wise Details: Get a detailed breakdown by party, including: Party Name, GSTIN, Number of Records, Taxable Value and tax components (IGST, CGST, SGST, Cess).
                        

By following these steps, you can easily access and analyze a comprehensive sales report segmented by Month, POS, Rate, and Party wise in ExpressGST.
