ExpressGST || GSTR-3B Reports


Follow these steps to efficiently access and review GSTR-3B reports through your application:

Step 1. Select the Client
  1. Choose the specific client for whom you want to check the GSTR-3B Reports.
Step 2. Access GSTR-3B
  1. Navigate to the "GSTR-3B" section in your application interface.
Step 3. Click on "Filed/Due"
  1. Select the "Filed/Due" option to proceed to the next step.
      

Step 4. Offset Liability
  1. Click on "Offset Liability" to view the relevant tax offset information.
      

Step 5. Email Computation
  1. Click on "Email Computation" to generate the report.
      


Step 6. Enter Email ID
  1. Enter the recipient’s email address where you want the report to be sent.
      

Step 7. Check the Email
  1. Open the specified email account to locate the GSTR-3B computation report.
Step 8. Download the Report
  1. Download the attached Excel file containing the report.
      

Step 9. Review the Report
Open the Excel file to review the different sheets available, which include:
  1. Current to Previous Period GSTR-3B: Compares the current and previous month's reports.
  2. Consolidate 3B Multi-Month: Consolidated report for multiple months.
  3. Consolidate 3B Annual: Summarizes total annual data.
  4. Offset Summary - Annual: Details on tax payments and adjustments.
  5. ITC Computation: Displays claimed and available Input Tax Credit (ITC).
  6. TDS and TCS Credits: Shows TDS and TCS details by tax period.
  7. Ledger Statement: Recent transactions and ledger adjustments.

By following these steps, you can efficiently access and review GSTR-3B reports in an emailed Excel file. The detailed sheets provide insights into ITC, TDS, tax payments, and more, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your tax data.
