ExpressGST || GSTR-3B Reports
Follow these steps to efficiently access and review GSTR-3B reports through your application:
Step 1. Select the Client
- Choose the specific client for whom you want to check the GSTR-3B Reports.
Step 2. Access GSTR-3B
- Navigate to the "GSTR-3B" section in your application interface.
Step 3. Click on "Filed/Due"
- Select the "Filed/Due" option to proceed to the next step.
Step 4. Offset Liability
- Click on "Offset Liability" to view the relevant tax offset information.
Step 5. Email Computation
- Click on "Email Computation" to generate the report.
Step 6. Enter Email ID
- Enter the recipient’s email address where you want the report to be sent.
Step 7. Check the Email
- Open the specified email account to locate the GSTR-3B computation report.
Step 8. Download the Report
- Download the attached Excel file containing the report.
Step 9. Review the Report
Open the Excel file to review the different sheets available, which include:- Current to Previous Period GSTR-3B: Compares the current and previous month's reports.
- Consolidate 3B Multi-Month: Consolidated report for multiple months.
- Consolidate 3B Annual: Summarizes total annual data.
- Offset Summary - Annual: Details on tax payments and adjustments.
- ITC Computation: Displays claimed and available Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- TDS and TCS Credits: Shows TDS and TCS details by tax period.
- Ledger Statement: Recent transactions and ledger adjustments.
By following these steps, you can efficiently access and review GSTR-3B reports in an emailed Excel file. The detailed sheets provide insights into ITC, TDS, tax payments, and more, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your tax data.
