The Annual GSTR-3B Consolidated Summary feature allows users to generate a comprehensive summary of GSTR-3B filings, either on a monthly basis or as an annual consolidated report.

Step 1: Access the GSTR-9 Preparation Module
  1. Open the ExpressGST application.
  2. Click the GSTR-9 Prepare button to begin the preparation process.
      

Step 2: Access the Consolidated GSTR-3B Summary
  1. Navigate to the Snapshot tab.
  2. Select Consolidated GSTR-3B to view the consolidated GSTR-3B report.
      

Step 3: Report Viewing Options
The system provides two options for viewing the GSTR-3B summary:
  1. Month-Wise Summary: Displays a detailed comparison across multiple months within the financial year.



  2. Annual Summary: Generates a consolidated summary for the entire financial year.
      

  1. Choose the desired report type (Month-Wise or Annual). 
  2. The application will display the consolidated GSTR-3B report based on your selection, offering clear insights for analysis and compliance.
Following these steps ensures an accurate and efficient review of GSTR-3B filings for the selected financial year.
