Issue → An SQL syntax error appears when attempting to open the software.
Root Cause → This issue typically occurs due to corruption in the it_tbl115bac and tbllogfile tables within the current database.
Solution → To resolve this error, please recover both tables from the latest data backup or a recovery file.
Step 1: Backup KBU and KBT Files
- Navigate to "C:\Windows" and copy all .KBU and .KBT files to a safe location.
Step 2: Backup Current Database
- Copy the current database and save it to a secure location.
Step 3: Restore from Backup or Recovery File
- Recover the database using the latest data backup or a suitable recovery file.
