To successfully import a Tax Audit XML/JSON file, please ensure that the master data for the specific client is already available in the software.
If the client is not yet available, you will need to create the client master for that particular client first.
For detailed instructions on creating a client master, please refer to the following guide : "Client Master Creation"

Steps for Importing a Tax Audit JSON File:
  1. Verify that the client master data is available. If not, create the client master as per the guide above.
  2. Select the same client master and Go to Audit → Tax Audit → "Import New 3CD Audit Report from XML".
      
  1. Click on the 'Browse 3CD' button to locate and select the Tax Audit JSON file.
      
  1. Once the client information is displayed correctly, click on the 'Import' button.
      
  1. A confirmation prompt will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to import?" Click 'Yes' to proceed.
      
  1. After successful import, a message will be displayed stating "Process Completed!"
