Invalid Picture error while opening the software

      
      

Root Cause of the Error →
This error mainly occurs when certain associated files of the software are malfunctioning or not functioning properly.

Solution →
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps outlined below:

Process 1:
Due to security concerns in Windows Platform, you may not be able to run the software directly. To address this, try running the software as an administrator by following these steps:
  1. Navigate to: C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum
  2. Right-click on the "Zen Spectrum" icon (red color) and select "Properties".
  3. In the "Compatibility" tab, check the option "Run this program as an administrator".
  4. Click "Apply" and then "OK".

Process 2:
If the issue persists, please update the software by following the instructions in the link below: Live Update

Process 3:
Navigate to the root directory of the software:
  1. For 32-bit systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support and For 64-bit systems: C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support
  2. Locate and open the Update.exe file, then click on Download Manager.
  3. Download the "KDK Support (old)" and "DLL-Full" files.
  4. Extract the downloaded files and install the KDK Support file.
  5. Copy all DLL files and paste them into the following directories:
    1. For 32-bit systems: C:\Windows\System32 and For 64-bit systems: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
This should resolve the issue.
