To successfully import a 10B/10BB JSON file, please ensure that the master data for the specific client, classified as [Association of Persons (Trust)] status, is already present in the software.
If the client does not yet exist, you will need to create the client master first before proceeding with the import.

Steps for Importing a 10B/10BB JSON File :
  1. Verify Client Master Data: Ensure the client master data is available as [Association of Persons (Trust)] status. If not, create the client master as outlined in the guide.
  2. Navigate to Import: Select the client master and go to Forms → Form 10B/ Form 10BB → Import 10B/10BB JSON.
      
      
      
  1. Browse for JSON File: Click the 'Browse' button, locate, and select the Form 10B/10BB JSON file.
      
  1. Verify and Import: Once the client information appears correctly, click on the 'Import' button.
  2. Confirm Import: A prompt will ask, "Are you sure do you want to import?" Click 'Yes' to proceed.
      
  1. Completion Message: After a successful import, the message "Process Completed!" will be displayed.
