Run Time Error '53': File not found” on opening Taxsuit Software

Run time error '53' on opening TAXSUIT Software, normally occurs when the Spectrum.exe is missing at the location where the Taxsuit software is installed. It can be said that Taxsuit runs only if there is Spectrum.exe available in the default software execution location.

      


Steps to Resolve the Error:

Step 1: Navigate to the Root Location of the Software:
For 32-bit system: "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"
For 64-bit system: "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"

Step 2: Open the "Update.exe" file and click on "Download Manager."

      

Step 3: Download "Spectrum" and "DLL-Full":

      

Step 4: Extract the Downloaded Files.

Step 5: Copy and Paste Files to the Root Location of the Software (Spectrum):

      Copy the contents of the downloaded "Spectrum" files and paste them into:
            For 32-bit system: "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum"
            For 64-bit system: "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum"
      Copy all "DLL" files and paste them into:
            For 32-bit system: "c:\windows\system32"
            For 64-bit system: "c:\windows\syswow64"


These steps should help resolve the error by updating and replacing the necessary files in the specified locations. Make sure to follow each step carefully and ensure proper file placement based on your system architecture (32-bit or 64-bit).
