IFSC is short term for Indian Financial System Code and represents the 11 digit character that you can usually see on your bank’s cheque leaves, or other bank sponsored material. This 11 character code helps identify the individual bank branches that participate in the various online money transfer options like NEFT and RTGS.
Steps to add details of IFSC code manually in the software: Go to Transactions Option Click on Additional Information Option
Click on Search button (Given Beside IFSC Code Input)
On Selecting the Bank Name, Branch Name and Center , IFSC code will generate automatically.
Now ,Click on Exit button the IFSC
code will reflect in previous screen i.e. Bank Details
Further, If only IFSC code is available and other three details are not available then one can get those by clicking on "Find By IFSC Code".
