Follow the steps below to download the AIS (Annual Information Statement) in PDF format:

Step 1: Launch the Software
  1. Open the Income Tax Software installed on your system.
Step 2: Navigate to Online Tools
  1. Go to the Online Tools section.
  2. Select Online Activity 2.0 or use the shortcut Ctrl + X.
      

Step 3: Select AIS PDF Download
  1. From the available options, click on AIS PDF Download.
      

Step 4: Confirm the Action
  1. A confirmation dialog box will appear.
  2. Click on the Yes button to proceed further.
      

Step 5: Automatic Download
  1. The software will automatically redirect you to the portal.
  2. The AIS PDF file will be downloaded and saved in the root location of the KDK Data Folder.
      

Step 6: View Confirmation Message
  1. Once the download is complete, a confirmation message will be displayed.
Step 7: Open the AIS PDF (Optional)
  1. If you want to open the AIS PDF file immediately, click on the Yes button in the confirmation message.
  2. The AIS PDF file will open instantly, allowing you to view it within seconds.
