JSON Generation issue → Percentage of ownership of House Property is Less then 100%

      

Root cause of the error → This error occurs when the ownership percentage of a house property is recorded as less than 100%, leading to issues in JSON file generation.

Steps to Correct the Error →
Idea
Scenario 1: Ownership Percentage is 100%
  1. Navigate to the Transaction section and select House Property.



  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Enter 100% as the ownership percentage for the owner.



  4. Save the changes and regenerate the JSON file.
  5. The issue should now be resolved.

Scenario 2: Partial Ownership (Multiple Owners)
  1. Navigate to the Transaction section and select House Property.



  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Enter the ownership percentage allocated to the primary owner.



  4. Click on Co-Owner Details and input the following information for each co-owner:
    1. Co-Owner Name
    2. PAN (Permanent Account Number)
    3. Ownership Percentage
    4. Aadhaar Number



  5. Click Save to confirm the details.



  6. Ensure that the total ownership percentage (owner + co-owner(s)) equals 100%.
  7. Once the ownership details are correctly entered, regenerate the JSON file.
  8. The issue should now be resolved.

By ensuring that the ownership percentage totals 100%, you can successfully generate the JSON file without errors. If the issue persists, verify the entered details and repeat the process.
