Window Installer || Taxsuite / Spectrum

     


Troubleshooting Steps:

Step 1: Close all instances of the KDK software desktop application, including any installation windows of Tax Suite.msi.

Step 2: Navigate to the location where the KDK Support files are stored:

  • For 32-bit systems: "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"
  • For 64-bit systems: "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"

Step 3: Install the "msicuu2.exe" file. Ensure that the installation is completed successfully.

Step 4: Click on the Start button, go to All Programs, and open "Windows Install Clean Up."

Step 5: If the issue is related to Tax Suite:

  • Inside Windows Install Clean Up, select the entry "(All Users) Tax suite" from the list.
  • Click on the "Remove" option.

If the issue is with Spectrum:

  • Inside Windows Install Clean Up, select the entry "(All Users) Spectrum" from the list.
  • Click on the "Remove" option.
     
NOTE:  Don’t remove any other entry from the list.

Now run the product you will not face any problem.
