Window Installer > Error "Preparing to install KDK Support.msi"

At the time of opening the software gives error message "Please wait while windows configure KDK Support" and further shows "Preparing to install KDK Support.msi"

            

            

Solution:


Please follow the below troubleshoot:
Step 1:
Close all the KDK software desktop application including installation window of KDK Support.msi / Windows Installer.

Step 2:
Go to the location - 
"C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"   OR   "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"

Step 3:
Install “msicuu2.exe” file.

Step 4:
Now Click on Start Button > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up.

Step 5:
Select the entry > (All Users) KDK Support from windows install clean up list and remove it.

            

NOTE:  Don’t remove any other entry from the list.


Now run the product you will not face any problem.
