ExpressGST || WhatsApp & Email Notifications for Filed GSTR-1 Returns

Spectrum-CLOUD GST now enables automated WhatsApp and Email notifications for successfully filed GSTR-1 returns. With this feature, clients can instantly receive filing confirmations along with a copy of the filed return directly on WhatsApp and/or Email for convenient access, future reference, and record maintenance.
This enhancement is designed to streamline client communication, provide real-time filing updates, and significantly reduce manual follow-ups.

Steps to Configure Notification Settings
IdeaNavigation Path :    Profile Icon → Client Settings → Notify Tab

Configuration Process
  1. Log in to application.
  2. Click on the Profile Icon available on the application dashboard.
  3. Navigate to the Client Settings section. 



  4. Open the Notify tab and click on “Update Notification”.
  5. Enter the client’s Email Address and WhatsApp Mobile Number.
  6. Enable the required Email and/or WhatsApp Notification options.

Note: Configuration settings are automatically saved upon selection.
Once configured, the software will automatically process and schedule notifications for all successfully filed GSTR-1 returns. Clients will receive timely filing acknowledgements along with the filed return copy through the selected communication channels.
