If the user is facing any issue in opening Spectrum / TaxSuite or any of the KDK software application and getting either of the below-mentioned message - 

            

Solution:

  1. Navigate to the software's root location:
                  For 64-bit system: "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"
                  For 32-bit system: "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support"

  1. Open "Update.exe" and select "Download Manager."

            

  1. Download [KDK Support(old)] and [DLL-FULL].

            

  1. Install KDK Support.
  1. Extract the DLL folder, copy all DLL files, and paste them:
                  For 32-bit system: "c:\windows\system32"
                  For 64-bit system: "c:\windows\syswow64"

            Note: If the issue persists, consider reinstalling the complete software.

This should effectively resolve the VSFlexGrid Component version conflict, allowing seamless operation of KDK software applications.
