Check Voluntary Payment Details for DRC-03 Payments in ExpressGST

To view the details of voluntary payments made under Form DRC-03 in ExpressGST, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the Client and Access Ledger Balance
  1. Open ExpressGST and select the client for whom you want to view voluntary payment details.
  2. Navigate to the Ledger Balance section.
Step 2: Download Ledger Details
  1. In the Ledger Balance section, click on the "Download Ledger" button to download the client’s ledger details.
      
  1. Open the downloaded file and go to the Cash Ledger sheet.
      

Step 3: Filter for Voluntary Payment Details
  1. In the Cash Ledger sheet, filter the data under the "Description" column.
      
  1. Select Voluntary Payment to view the relevant transactions.
Step 4: Review Voluntary Payment Data
  1. Under the Voluntary Payment section, you will find the details of all payments made under Form DRC-03 for the selected client.
