In ExpressTDS, you can easily view all the raised requests for a specific Deductor to track and manage queries or assistance requests related to their TDS filing activities.
Steps to View All Raised Requests for a Single Deductor:
Step 1: Start by logging in to the with your username and password. Once logged in, the Deductor Master page will appear, listing all registered Deductors.
Step 2: Click on the specific Deductor for whom you wish to view the Raise Requests.
Step 3: Scroll down the Deductor’s page to find the "View all the Raised Requests" section.
Step 4: Click on "View all the Raised Requests" to see the list of submitted requests to TRACES. This page will display all the raise requests that have been submitted and are available for that Deductor.
Step 5: To check the latest status of any submitted raise request, click "Update Status from TRACES". A captcha window will open, requiring you to enter the captcha to continue syncing with TRACES.
Step 6: Input the captcha code and click "Proceed" to sync the latest status from TRACES with ExpressTDS.
Step 7: Once the status is updated, you can download a particular raise request by clicking "Available".
By following these steps, you can successfully view and download raise requests submitted through ExpressTDS, ensuring your queries are tracked and managed efficiently.
