Solution:
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below (on the server system of the software):
  1. Create a Backup of the Data:
    1. Navigate to C:\mysql.
    2. Copy the “Data” folder and paste it to a safe location.
  2. After the backup is complete, open the Income Tax software.
  3. Go to Tools and click on "Reset Database Version".
      
  1. A message will appear: "Database Version Reset Successfully. Please restart the application."
      
  1. Click OK and restart the software.
  2. Execute the software to verify if the issue is resolved.
