Exporting Deductor details in an Excel sheet from the Income Tax Software is a straightforward process. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: In the TDS Software, navigate to Reports → MIS Reports → Deductor's Master option in the menu bar.

            

Step 2: Click on the "Excel Export" option located in Footer screen.

            

Step 3: Once you click on the Excel Export, it prompts you to save the Excel sheet at the designated data path.

            

Step 4: Now, input the file name and choose the destination path to save this file.

Step 5: The Excel sheet has been successfully opened, presenting detailed information such as the Deductor Name, TAN Number, Income Tax Login password, Traces USER Name and Traces Password.
