TDS Certificate Request Raise and Generation Process

Step 1: Select Company/Deductor 
  1. Begin by selecting the appropriate company or deductor from the available list.

Step 2: Access TDS Certificate Option 
  1. Navigate to and select the TDS Certificate option.
      

Step 3: Specify Form Year and Quarter
  1. Select the Relevant form, year and quarter, then proceed by clicking Submit Request.
      

Step 4: Provide Request Details
  1. Complete the required fields for submitting the request. Alternatively, you may import the TXT file for the relevant quarter to autofill these details, then click Proceed.
      

Step 5: Await ZIP File from TRACES
  1. Upon successful submission, please wait for the ZIP file to be made available by TRACES. You may check the status of your request by selecting the status check option.

Step 6: Generate PDF Certificate
  1. Once the ZIP file is accessible, you can select either Generate Unsigned PDF or Generate DSC Signed PDF using the provided token.
      

Step 7: Download the Generated PDFs
  1. After the PDFs are successfully generated, Using the download option will provide a single ZIP file containing all PDFs, which can then be saved to your system.
      
      
      

By following these steps, you can successfully view and download TDS Certificate requests submitted through ExpressTDS, ensuring your queries are tracked and managed efficiently.
