Follow the steps outlined below to address the issue on the server system of the software:

Create a Backup of Your Data
  1. Navigate to the directory: C:\mysql
  2. Locate the Data folder, copy it and paste it to a secure location (e.g., external storage or another drive).
  3. Verify that the backup is complete before proceeding.

Process 1: Reset Database Version
  1. Open the Income Tax software.
  2. Navigate to the Tools menu and select Reset Database Version.
      
  1. A confirmation message will appear: "Database Version Reset Successfully. Please restart the application."
      
  1. Click OK and restart the software.
  2. After restarting, check if the error persists. If it does, proceed to Process 2.

Process 2: Repair the Database
Step 1: Locate the Installation Directory
  1. Right-click on the software icon on your desktop or Start menu.
  2. Select Properties and find the Target Path to identify where the software is installed.
  3. Common installation directories include: "C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support" or "C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\KDK Support".
Step 2: Access the Data Viewer
  1. Open the Data Viewer tool from the software directory or within the software interface.
      

Step 3: Connect to the Database
  1. In the Data Viewer, click the Connect button to establish a database connection.
      

Step 4: Repair the Database
  1. Navigate to the Tools menu and select Repair.
      
  1. Choose the appropriate database from the drop-down menu:
    1. For Spectrum Software → select Spectrum and Spectrum_bs.
    2. For Taxsuite Software → select Taxsuit and Taxsuite_bs.
  2. Click Execute to initiate the repair process for the selected database.
      
  1. Repeat this process for each database as needed.
Step 5: Verify and Restart
  1. After repairing all necessary databases, close the Data Viewer.
  2. Relaunch the software and verify if the issue has been resolved.
By carefully following these steps, you should be able to resolve the "Invalid Property Array Index" error and restore the software's functionality.
