Sign-Up / Sign-In Assistance

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help users register a new account and securely sign in to the Spectrum Cloud application.

Step 1: Access the Spectrum Cloud Platform
  1. Open your web browser and visit the official Spectrum Cloud platform.
  2. Spectrum Cloud Application URL:  https://app.kdksoftware.com/signup
  3. Select the appropriate subscription category based on your user profile or business requirement:
Available Plan Categories
1. CA / CS / Tax Professionals - Select this option if you are a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Tax Consultant, or any professional service provider managing compliance and taxation activities.
2. Corporate / SME - Select this option if you represent a Corporate organization, Small & Medium Enterprise (SME), or business entity requiring compliance and financial management solutions.

      

Step 2: Create and Register Your Account
After selecting the appropriate plan type, proceed with the account registration process.
  1. Select the option “How many clients does your practice handle?” and choose the applicable client range based on your business or practice requirements.
  2. Complete the registration form by entering the required information, including:
    1. Full Name
    2. Organization / Firm Name
    3. Mobile Number
    4. Pin Code
    5. Email Address
    6. Password and Confirm Password
  3. Verify the accuracy of the information entered before proceeding.
  4. Submit the registration form to create your account successfully.
  5. Upon successful registration, your account will be activated, enabling you to access the Spectrum Cloud platform.

Step 3: Sign In to Your Account
Once your account registration is complete, follow the steps below to access the application.

      
  1. Navigate back to the Spectrum Cloud Login Page or open the application directly.
  2. Click on the “Sign In” option (https://app.kdksoftware.com/login).
  3. Enter your registered credentials:
    1. Registered Mobile Number
    2. Password
  4. Click the “Log In” button to securely access your account dashboard.

Important Notes:
  1. Password Security : Ensure your password is strong and remains confidential to protect your account.
  2. Account Consistency : If you are using multiple products from the KDK Software and the same mobile number is registered, please use the same password across all platforms for a seamless experience.

  1. Ensure that the registered mobile number and password are entered correctly.
  2. Confirm that your internet connection is active and stable.
  3. Use the Forgot Password option, if available, to reset your login credentials.
