Sign-Up and Sign-In Process – SPECTRUM CLOUD
This article provides a step-by-step guide to help you create an account and log in to the SPECTRUM CLOUD platform by KDK Software.
SPECTRUM CLOUD enables tax professionals to manage GST, Income Tax (ITR), and TDS compliance for all their clients from a single, secure cloud-based platform.
Note: If you are signing up as a business entity (e.g., SME, Corporate, Enterprise), please refer to the Business Users section below for the appropriate platforms.
🎯 Intended Users : The SPECTRUM CLOUD portal is designed for:
- Chartered Accountants (CAs)
- Accountants
- Tax Practitioners
- GST Practitioners (GSTPs)
📝 Step 1: Account Registration (Sign-Up)
To access the platform, you must first register an account.
- Navigate to the Sign-Up page: https://app.kdksoftware.com/signup
- Complete the registration form with the following:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Other required details
- Click "SIGN UP" to submit the form.
- You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP in the designated field to verify your account.
🔐 Step 2: User Login (Sign-In)
Once your account is verified, follow the steps below to log in.
- Go to the Login page: https://app.kdksoftware.com/login
- Enter your registered mobile number and password.
- Click "Login" to access your dashboard.

If you are representing a Small or Medium Enterprise (SME), Corporate, or Enterprise, please use the appropriate platform designed specifically for business entities. These platforms provide tailored solutions to meet business compliance and filing requirements:

- Consistent Credentials Across Products: If you use multiple KDK Software products with the same mobile number, please ensure you use the same password across platforms to maintain account consistency.
