Steps to Enable Scheduled Auto Email for GSTR 2A / 2B in Express GST
Step 1: Open Client Settings
- Log in to https://www.expressgst.com/
- Click on the Profile Icon on the software page.
- Navigate to the Client Settings section.
Step 2: Enter Email ID
- Locate the Contact Person Name or Contact Email field for the respective client.
- Enable the Scheduled Email Option for the client.
Step 3: Confirmation and Automatic Scheduling
- Once the settings are enabled, the software will schedule an automatic email for the GSTR 2A/2B report.
- Every month, the reports will be fetched from government data and shared with the provided email address.
Notes:
- Ensure that the provided email address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
- Verify that the client has access to the scheduled email and can open the GSTR 2A/2B report.
By enabling this feature, you can streamline monthly GSTR 2A/2B reporting for clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
