Schedule III Depreciation Chart

The Schedule III Depreciation Chart is applicable only for company clients. Follow these steps to enter the required information:

Step 1: Open the Company Client Profile

1. Access the company client profile in Express ITR.
   
2. Go to the ITR Summary section and click on Return Flow to proceed.
   

      

Step 2: Navigate to Business Profession Head

1. Click on Business Profession Income and select Schedule III.
   

      

      

Step 3: Open Fixed Assets Chart Annexure

1. Under Schedule III Formats & Notes, click on Fixed Assets Chart Annexure.
   

            

Step 4: Enter Asset Details

1. Input all relevant asset information here. The Depreciation as per WDV (Written Down Value) will be automatically calculated.
   
2. Be sure to complete mandatory fields, including:
   
1. Owned/Leased
   
2. Useful Life
   
3. Shift
   
4. Date of Purchase
   
5. Original Cost of Asset
   
6. Written Down Value
   

Following these steps will ensure accurate calculation of depreciation for Schedule III.
