Income tax || Run time error 11 (Division by Zero)

            

Solution:
This error generally comes when you have not entered the "Employment Period during the year / No. of Months" in Transaction Menu.

If you have Salary Income then please go to Transactions >> Salary Income >> Edit Salary Master and Re-select “Employment Period during the year" and save the details.

            

If you have Business Income then please go to Transactions >> Business and Profession Income >> 44AE and enter here "No. of Months" and save the details.

            

Now generate the XML/Json file, this will solve the problem.
