ITR-6 Computation alert → Provision for Current Tax in General Information dose not match with Income Tax Paid payable in MAT Addition Detail


Provision for deferred tax in General Information does not match with Deferred Tax in MAT Deduction details. This alert appears while generating the ITR-06 computation:

Solution: Navigate to Transaction and click on the MAT/AMT option.

      
  • Under the 'Additions' section, click on point number 01, and under 'Deductions', click on point number 11. Then, press the F4 button in the 'Amount' column.
      
  • After pressing the F4 button, a message will appear asking if you want to import details from the P&L. Click 'Yes', and then click the 'Save' button to confirm.
      
      

After saving, navigate to the 'MAT' section and click 'Save' again. Then, generate the computation, and the issue will be resolved.
