Import Members/Trustees Details from Previous Year to Current Year

ZenIT || Process to Import Members/Trustees Details from Previous Year to Current Year


To import Members/Trustee details from the previous year into the current year, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the List of Members/Trustees Section
  1. Navigate to the Transaction button and select the List of Members/Trustee option.
      

Step 2: Pop-Up Message
  1. A pop-up message will appear prompting you to import the Members/Trustee details from the previous year.
      

Step 3: Import the Details
  1. Click the Yes button to import the details into the current year's records.

Important Notes:
  1. If you click No or manually enter any details, the pop-up message will no longer appear when you reopen the section.
    1. To resolve this, delete all manually entered details by selecting the Delete option. Then, re-open the section to trigger the pop-up message again.
  2. Ensure that the list of Members/Trustees from the previous year is available before attempting this process.
