Steps to File Form 3CEB Using Income Tax Auditor
Follow the steps below to file Form 3CEB through the Income Tax Auditor module:

Step 1: Enter Auditor Information
  1. Navigate to Transactions → Auditor Information from the menu bar.
      
  1. Select the “Other Audit Report Detail” option.
      
  1. Enter the following details:
    1. Name of the Act: Income-tax Act, 1961
    2. Section: 92E
    3. Date of Report
    4. Date of Furnishing
    5. Name of the Auditor Firm: Specify if it is an Individual or a Firm.
    6. Name and Membership Number of the Auditor

Step 2: Select Form 3CEB
  1. From the list of available forms, choose Form 3CEB.
      

Step 3: Fill in Form 3CEB
  1. Complete all required fields within Form 3CEB.
      
      
  1. Save the form after entering the data.
      

Step 4: View or File the Report
  1. To review the form, click the “Print Report” button.
  2. To proceed with filing, click the “e-Filing” button.
      

Step 5: E-Filing Process
  1. Select Chartered Accountant Firm Name: Choose the relevant CA firm from the dropdown.
      
  1. Upload and Submit:
    1. Click the “Submit” button.
Step 6: Confirmation
  1. After submission, the application generates an e-Filing Application Number as confirmation.
  2. The Form 3CEB is successfully filed with the Income Tax Department.
