Process to correct the error while generating JSON: "In Gen Info P&L, the total of amounts in details is not matching With amount in the outer column (38 >> Other Expenses). Kindly correct the Same."

The error occurs when entering the integer amount in 'Other Expenses' in the Profit and Loss Account. Ensure that the total of the detailed amounts matches the amount in the outer column to resolve this issue.

Steps to Correct the Error in the Software:

Step 1:

Go to Transaction >> General Information/ bs/ P&L>> Profit and Loss >> Find the "Other Expenses" Option and then Press "F4 Key" in Amount Column:

Step 2:

Find the Integer amount, round off the value, and then click on the Save button. After that, generate the Computation and JSON file.
