NIC GSP Login Creation Process
(Note: This is distinct from the NIC Portal Login credentials)
To facilitate E-Way Bill Reconciliation, users are required to create a new GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) account. Follow the steps below to complete the process efficiently:
Step-by-Step Guide to Create GSP Login
Step 1: Access the E-Way Bill System Portal
- Navigate to the E-Way Bill system portal - https://ewaybill.nic.in/
- Log in to the portal using your existing credentials.
Step 2: Initiate GSP Registration
- Click on the “Registration” tab located in the left-hand menu.
- From the dropdown menu, select “For GSP”.
Step 3: OTP Verification
- The “Register your GST Suvidha Provider / ERP” window will appear.
- Click “Send OTP”, input the OTP received on your registered mobile number, and then click “Verify OTP”.
- Upon successful OTP verification, you will be redirected to the next step.
Step 4: Complete the GSP Registration
In the subsequent window, perform the following actions:
- Select “Add/New” to begin the GSP Registration.
- From the “GSP Name” dropdown, choose - "IRIS BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED".
- Enter a unique username for your GSP by appending any three alphabetic characters of your choice as a suffix (confirm by entering the same value twice).
- Create a password (maximum of 15 characters) and confirm it by re-entering. This username and password will be used as NIC GSP credentials for future access.
- Click “Add” to finalize the registration.
Step 5: Review GSP Details
After successfully creating your GSP, use the “View” option to verify and review the following details:
- GSP Name
- GSTIN
- Username
- Status
- Type
- Registered By
- Registration Date
By following these steps, you will successfully generate NIC GSP login credentials, including the NIC GSP Username and Password, for seamless access to E-Way Bill services.
