MAC Address Missing

Sign-Up / Sign-In Error || MAC address is missing. Please enter the mac address

Error : MAC address is missing. Please enter the mac address.

            

Cause :
This issue occur when 'systeminfo' command is not working on the system.

Solution :
Go to Services > Check Windows Management Instrumentation is Running or Not.
If Not Running >>  Please set Start up Type is - 'Automatic' and set Status is - 'Running'.

            

Once it is done.

  1. Open Command prompt (Run as Administrator).
  2. Type the following command there - net stop winmgmt
  3. Moreover, if it is asking Do you want to continue this operation? (Y/N)  [N] : >>> Here enter -- 'Y' and enter. 
                  

  1. Now enter the command - winmgmt /resetrepository and enter.
                  

  1. Now run systeminfo command and then check.
