LLP Form 11 Annual Return:
A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) registered in India under the LLP Act, 2008, is required to file LLP Form 11 Annual Return each year. The filing of LLP Form 11 is mandatory as part of the annual compliance for all LLPs, regardless of turnover, profit, or business activity.
How to file LLP Form 11 annual return in ROC Software:
Step 1:
Open the ROC software, go to Transactions → Annual Return [LLP Form 11] option given in menu bar.



Step 2:
Enter Start date of financial year for which annual return in being field and Service request number (Srn) (if applicable)



Step 3:
If the total obligation of contribution by the partners of the LLP exceeds Rs. 50 lakhs or the LLP's turnover exceeds Rs. 5 crores, the eForm must be certified by a Company Secretary in whole-time practice. Enter the certificate of practice number and indicate whether he/she is an associate or fellow. If the total obligation of contribution by the partners of the LLP does not exceed Rs. 50 lakhs and the turnover of the LLP does not exceed Rs. 5 crores, the eForm must be certified by the designated partner of the LLP. Enter the DPIN of the designated partner.



Step 4:
You can add the details of the company secretary to the master > profession master option.
You can add the details of the Designated Partner  to the Transaction > Appointment/Cessation of partner option. 

Note :- Provide details of penalties imposed on the LLP and its partners and designated partners. Provide the details of offences compounded by the LLP.



Note :- Press {delete} key to delete a row
Step 5:
Now click on eForm >select lock where you want to generate form 11 


When you click on the eForm button, Form 11 is generated instantly.
Note :- Please verify detail of partner in PDF Before Uploading the same on MCA Portal
After completing the eForm, click the 'Check Form' button for form-level validation, which includes verifying the completion of all mandatory fields. If an error is displayed, correct it and click the 'Check Form' button again. Upon successful completion of form-level validation, the message 'Form level pre-scrutiny is successful' will be displayed. It's important to note that the form-level validation (Check Form) is performed offline, without an Internet connection.
