How and Where to Fill Key Persons Details
Completing the Key Persons Details is a straightforward process that can be done using manual entry or various import options. Follow these detailed steps to ensure accuracy:
Option 1: Manual Entry
Step 1: Navigate to the Relevant Section
- Open the software or application.
- Go to Transactions → Company Information (Ctrl + Y).
Step 2: Access the Key Persons Section
- Click on Key Persons from the available options.
Step 3: Enter the Required Details
- Manually fill in the necessary information for each Key Person.
Option 2: Import Data from Previous Year
Step 1: Access the Import Option
- Go to Transactions → Company Information → Import.
- Select Import from Previous Year.
Step 2: Import Previous Year’s Data
- In the import window, choose the relevant sections to import.
- Click Proceed.
Note: Ensure that data from the previous year is complete and available in the system; otherwise, this option may not function correctly.
Option 3: Import from Client List
Step 1: Initiate Import
- Select Import from Client List.
Step 2: Select Key Persons
- A list of clients will appear.
- Choose the required Key Persons and click Import.
Option 4: Import from Previous Year & Other Clients
Step 1: Access Combined Import
- Select Import from Previous Year & Other Clients.
Step 2: Select Key Persons
- A list will display Key Persons from both previous years and other clients.
- Choose the relevant entries and click Import.
Option 5: Import from Beneficial Owner
Step 1: Initiate Import
- Select Import from Beneficial Owner.
Step 2: Verify Data Availability
- Ensure the Beneficial Owner data is complete and available in the system.
Note: If Beneficial Owner data is incomplete or missing, this option will not work correctly.
