ZenIT || JSON Generation issue → AssesseeVerPAN error

ERROR → Required properties are missing from object: AssesseeVerPAN. Path 'ITR.ITR6.Verification.Declaration'

      

Root cause of the error → This issue occurs when the Signing Authority PAN (Sign-PAN) is not entered in the Client Master.

Resolution → To resolve the above error, enter the Signing Authority PAN Number in the Client Master. Follow the steps below:

Steps to Correct the Error:

Step 1: Access the Client Master
  1. Navigate to Master → Client Selection (Add, Edit, Delete). Use the shortcut F8 for quick access.
      

Step 2: Edit the Client Details
  1. Select the relevant client and click the Edit Client icon. 
      
  1. A confirmation prompt will appear with the message: "Wish to edit - CLIENT NAME", Click Yes to proceed.
      

Step 3: Modify Assessment Year Details
  1. In the Client Details window, select the Assessment Year.
      
  1. Use the Delete option to remove all entries from the dropdown.

Step 4: Enter Signing Authority PAN
  1. Return to the Master Menu and click OK.
      
  1. Open the Client Master page and input the Sign-PAN (Signing Authority PAN Number).
      

Step 5: Save Changes
  1. Ensure all updates are saved to finalize the corrections.
By following the steps above, the error should be successfully resolved, enabling seamless processing.
