TDS || E-Filing → Invalid CIN File Name
Root Cause of the Error →
This issue arises when there are multiple CSI files in the root directory, and the client selects a CSI file that contains spaces or special characters in its name.
Solution →
To resolve the error, please follow these steps:
- Click the "Browse" button next to the "Challan Input Name with File Path".
- This will open the directory where the CSI files are stored.
- Delete all the existing CSI files in this location.
- Download the latest CSI file by clicking the "Download CSI (IT)" button.
- Select the newly downloaded CSI file in the Challan Input Name with File Path field.
- Finally, click on the E-Filing button to check if the issue is resolved.
This process should fix the error.
