Step 4: Extract the downloaded files and install KDK Support file.
Step 5: Copy the Zen IT files and the contents of the folder, then paste them into the root location of the software:
For 64-bit systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen IT
For 32-bit systems: C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\Spectrum\Zen IT
Step 6: Copy all DLL files and paste them at the following locations:
For 32-bit systems: "c:\windows\system32"
For 64-bit systems: "c:\windows\syswow64"
Also check to execute the MDAC files in this and if not than login with administrator account and reinstall the complete software in this user account.
After that restore the same database.
Condition 2 - Software running properly after run dummy database
In case software with dummy database is running properly, it means this is the issue related to the Original database.
So regarding this issue please repair the database or checked the database file one by one.
In case the same issue occurs then restore last backup or recovery files in this case.
